FajiFlowers Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All FajiFlowers arrangements are handcrafted to order.
Please allow 1–3 working days for order preparation before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and major launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been dispatched with tracking information where available.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland

  • United Kingdom

  • Selected EU countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@fajiflowers.com and we will do our best to assist.


Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination:

  • Ireland: 1–2 working days

  • UK: 2–4 working days

  • EU: 3–7 working days

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.


Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

FajiFlowers is not responsible for:

  • Deliveries delayed due to incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries where no one is available to receive the parcel

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or non-collection, reshipping costs will apply.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.


Pre-Order & Peak Dates

For major occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.), we strongly recommend placing orders early.
Specific delivery date requests are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by our team.
