Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use or access this site.

All content on this website (including product images, descriptions, logos, and designs) is the property of FajiFlowers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Information on Our Website

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information is accurate and kept up to date. However, occasional errors may occur.

If an error affects your order (for example, incorrect price, description, or stock level), we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel. We reserve the right to correct any errors without liability.

Please note: Images of flowers and arrangements are for reference only. As natural products, slight variations in colour tones, bloom size, and overall appearance may occur.

Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order, it is treated as an offer to purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt, a binding contract is not formed until your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where:

  • Payment is not authorised

  • Products are unavailable

  • Errors are identified in the product or pricing

Product Nature & Preserved Flowers

Our preserved roses are real flowers that have undergone a specialist preservation process. Variations in shade, size, or form are natural characteristics.

Longevity varies depending on handling and environment. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided. We are not liable for reduced lifespan caused by:

  • Incorrect handling

  • Exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture or humidity

  • Misuse or neglect

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made items, including:

  • personalised initials

  • bespoke designs

  • customised bouquets

are final sale and non-refundable, unless faulty. Once production begins, these orders cannot be cancelled.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices due to promotions, supplier cost changes or currency fluctuations.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery dates shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier or postal services

  • weather conditions

  • customs or border processes

  • events beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer cannot be refunded.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties or customs charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • fresh flowers

  • preserved roses

  • personalised / custom arrangements

unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

For eligible non-custom items, you may return within 14 days of receipt, provided the item:

  • is unused

  • in original packaging

  • in resalable condition

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo evidence.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items purchased during a sale event may be exchanged or refunded as store credit only.

Marketing & Photography

FajiFlowers reserves the right to use images of completed arrangements for marketing, promotional material, and portfolio use. Customer privacy will always be respected.

Events, Installations & Large Orders

For event orders, corporate arrangements or large custom installations:

  • a non-refundable deposit is required

  • full payment must be made before delivery

  • cancellations within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable

Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

Liability

Our products are provided “as is. While we take great care in quality and presentation, natural variations occur.

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss

  • emotional damages

  • missed occasions due to delivery delays

  • product variations

  • Incorrect handling by the recipient

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland / United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
