At FAJIFLOWERS, we are dedicated to offering exceptional quality and lasting beauty with every rose we sell. Our preserved roses are designed to last up to two years with proper care, and we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and attention that go into each bloom.

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days, please contact us and we will make it right whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund. Our goal is to ensure you love your roses as much as we do.

In addition to our guarantee, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that our guarantee covers any defects or issues related to the preservation process and craftsmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, improper care, or environmental factors such as extreme humidity or heat.

We are confident in the longevity of our roses, which can stay beautiful for up to two years. To help maintain their lasting beauty, we include care instructions with every purchase.

RETURNS

Please note Order Numbers are required to process returned packages.  

We offer a 14 day returns period on goods once received. 

All returned bouquets must be in a sellable condition. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.


Please note that we do not offer free returns.  In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.


As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items returned that are purchased from a sale or during a sale event will be allowed an exchange or store voucher. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.


FajiFlowers will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
